雨天時の通勤電車で窓を開ける

電車の通気をする為に開放する窓の外側に、開放部を上から覆うように張り出した雨よけを設置する方法。

雨が降る中の電車において、線路の橋梁にトラックが接触した事から、電車の中で30分間程の待機をする事になりました。

現状の窓の状態で対応するならば、雨の中で窓を開ける必要性が有るのかは判断する事が出来ない所です。
