貸し切りバスの座席は個別に空調を行う個室タイプに改造する方がいいと思います。

他の交通機関よりも安全に移動する事が出来る可能性があると考えます。

ビニールカーテン的なもので仕切ることで個別に空調をするのは良いかもしれません。
